Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate, 2 servings (4 oz)
Any Light or Low Fat Balsamicl Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
1 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1 1/2 Baby Spinach, fresh

Here is how you make Lean Turkey Burgers and Quick Pasta Salad:

Cook the penne according to the package directions. Rinse and let cool for about 3 minutes. Toss in a bowl with vinagrette, tomatoes and baby spinach. The spinach will wilt a little from the heat of the pasta. Add vinagrette and toss. In a bowl assemble the burger ingredients, mix well and form 2 patties. In a non-stick skillet, spray with non stick spray, begin cooking the burgers. Once cooked, slice 1 pita in half (one side for each burger) add lettuce, bacon, and cheese.
