Stir.Heat mixture in a small sauce pan, simmer, stirring occasionally until reduced down to about 1/3 cup.While glaze is simmering, pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper.Coat non-stick pan with oil. Heat oil over medium high heat.Turn heat up to high and add salmon skin side up.
