Here is how you make Wild Salmon Burgers:

Drain & flake the salmon. I like to remove the vertebrae & ribs at this point, although that might lower the calcium content. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended. Press into four patties. If you refrigerate them for about an hour they'll hold their shape better, but this isn't necessary. Saute in a lightly oiled skillet until browned on both sides. I like to microwave all four of them for an extra minute or so, just to make sure the egg is cooked all the way.
