Heat up a skillet with a Tbspn. of the olive oil.Rub some olive oil onto the pink side of the salmon, then rub on the dry seasonings.Cook the skin side down in the pan first for 5 minutes. Then flip it over and peel off the skin. Now rub the olive oil and spices on the other side. Cook again for 5 minutes.
