Here is how you make Oven Barbequed Salmon:

Place Orange juice, lemon juice and salmon fillets in ziploc bag; seal and turn to coat. Marinade for 1 hour in refridgerator. Preheat oven broiler. Remove fillets from bag, discard marinade. In a small bowl, combine remaining brown sugar, chili powder and cinnamon; sprinkle on salmon fillets.
