Jalapeno slices

Sandwich thin or low calorie bread(100 calories for this)


How Do I Make Cowboy Sandwich?

Here is how you make Cowboy Sandwich:

Lightly season chicken breast with whatever you have on you. I used "Slap Your Mama" or Tony Chacheres. Grill on frying pan with only butter spray. Grill onions and jalapeno slices on side of same pan. Once chicken is cooked through add cheese to chicken until slightly melted and then transfer over to Sandwich thin. Place grilled onions and jalapenos on top and pour a little bbq sauce to top it off.Wonderful chicken sandwich for less than 300 calories!I like to pair with salad or even with some low calorie potato wedges.
