1. Heat the Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat2. Add onions, sliced in thin rings, cook for 2 minutes3. Add sliced mushrooms, cook for 4 minutes with a lid on the skillet if you have one4. Add red pepper in long slices, cook for a few more minutes until everything gets a bit soft5. Add sugar and stir to caramelize6. Remove the onion mix from heat7. Cook beef in the same juices from the onion mix8. Add Worcestershire and bbq sauce, cook until desired tenderness9. Layer meat, onions and grated cheese between 2 pieces of rye bread.10. Wrap each sandwich in foil11. Bake at 400 degrees (f) for 10 minutes, flip them over and bake for another 5 minutes.
