1/4 cup grated parmesan

*heat oven to 400*cook pasta as directed*spray 9x13 in pan with cooking spray*In a large frying pan, heat oil over med heat. Add the onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.Stir in the ground beef and cook breaking it up until no longer pink, drain off any excess fat.* add tomatoes and seasoning to the pan bring to a simmer. cook until most of liquid evaporates, about 10 min. remove pan from heat and add pesto.* once pasta is done drain and toss with meat mixture. Put half of the pasta into the prepared baking dish and top with half the mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat with the remaining pasta and cheese.
