32.0 oz Ground beef, lean 3.0 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste 2.0 serving Grape Juice - Welch's 100% Juice (8oz) 1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, finely chopped 2.0 cup, chopped Carrots, finely chopped 1.0 serving Red Bell Pepper (one medium pepper), finely chopped 2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.0 cup green onion tops (green part only), finely chopped 1.0 cup water 3.0 tbsp Italian seasoning In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
