Here is how you make Thai Beef with Peanut sauce:

Blend together Peppers through Fish sauce in a mix master to make the marinade. Pour over sliced (raw) beef and refrigerate for 3 hours..Julianne carrots and chop cabbage (you can use chinese cabbage too) in thin slices..Pour beef + marinade into a HOT wok. Stir fry for around 5 minutes or til the beef is cook through. Add carrots and cabbage. Stir fry for a further 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
