Mix all ingredients (for loaf) together. Spray a 12 muffin pan with cooking spray. Add about 1/3 c of meatloaf mix to each hole and pat down. Make the sauce by adding all the ingredients in a bowl, add agave syrup, honey or sugar to taste.
