3 cups fresh mini roma tomatoes and small beef steak tomatoes
3/4 of onion
3 cloves garlic
3/4 green pepper
3/4 red pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp vegetable oil


How Do I Make Sue's Spaghetti Sauce?

Here is how you make Sue's Spaghetti Sauce:

Dice all the vegetables. Brown the onion and garlic. Add the peppers and cook through. Add the salt, oregano and thyme. Peel the tomatoes ( remove the top add to boiling water until tomato skin starts to peel away, put in cold water, then the skin will pull away) and then dice and add to the vegetables. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Let cool slightly, then put half of the sauce in blender and then blend until smooth. Put in sauce pan.
