Into a large pot, add coconut oil. When oil has melted, add chopped onion, garlic and peppers. Cook over medium heat until softened. Add venison, mixing the meat and vegetables together until well blended. Cook for 3-4 minutes - meat will be slightly pink. Add black pepper, cinnamon and cumin to meat. Stir. Add sauce, stirring to fully incorporate sauce into the meat. Cook on medium heat until meat has cooked through.
