Splenda, 2 tsp (or some other sweetner)

Here is how you make Tasty Liver in Spicy Tomato Sauce:

Preparation1. Cut the liver into small cudes or strips removing any stringy bits. Any liver will do but Ox is best in my opion.2. Peel the onion, halve it and then cut it into nice chunky cubes.Cooking 1. Add the Peas into a microwavable Bowl add 2 Teaspoon of sweetner and cover with tap water. Add to microwave add zap for 10 mins at 750/800 2. Meantime, add Olive oil to Frying Pan or Wok (Wok is best). at high heat. Add your diced liver to the Wok and cook until it browns, stirring regularly. Thus should take about 5 minutes.3. When liver is browned remove it from the Wok/pan for a moment into a clean plate. Rinse the Wok/Pot then return cleaned Wok/Pan to cooker.4. Keep the heat high and add the onions, the Liver, together with the Chopped Tin Tomatoes, the Garlic powder and the Thai Sweet Chiili Dipping and stir continue to stir regulary for about 5 minutes.5. When the Peas are ready, drain the water and add them to the Wok/Pan. Add Salt and Pepper to tase then lower the heat and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
