Here is how you make Scalloped Potatoes and Sausage:

Spray cooking spray in a casserole, I use olive oil. Arrange half of the peeled and sliced potatoes in bottom of the casserole dish. Sprinkle some of the garlic powder, pepper and minced onions on to the potatoes. Then make patties about two inches in diameter and place on top of the potatoes.
