1 box of flavored rice side dish (doesn't matter what flavor - just throw away the saltly seasoning pkg)
1 can black beans
2 can stewed tomato (i actually use the "fancy that has peppers and onions in it)
2 cups of Frozen Pepper and onion mix
hot pepper flakes if you want to add more HEAT

Here is how you make 7's Spicy Sausage Supper:

Prepare box of rice according to instructions but DO NOT use seasoning pkg.Cut sausage into chunks and brown in skillet. toss in frozen pepper and onions, black beans and canned tomatos in to the skillet.
