Here is how you make Sauteed Zuchinni:

1. Cut zuchinni in any way desired. (I sliced cross-grain.)2. Cut onion as desired. (I sliced top-bottom.)3. Stem portebello and cut in half across the top, then slice in 1/4 inch slices4. Clean garlic cloves and cut in half, side to side, then slice top-bottom.5. Place butter and oil in a saute' pan over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 5 minutes.6. Add zuchinni and mushroom. Saute' until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
