Here is how you make Shell slop:

Add pasta to boiling water and cook for required time. While thats cooking, fry the onions in as little oil as possible then add the garlic. Fry for a minute then add the bacon bits. Fry until cooked. Add the mushrooms and a little water if necessary. Add the tomato puree and red wine and simmer for 10 mins. When pasta is cooked, drain and combine with sauce.
