1/2 tsp Rosemary Leaves
1/4 tsp Oregano, Dried
1/2 tsp Salt

Here is how you make New Orleans Style Barbecue Shrimp:

Tools: mortar and pestle to grind spices. Heavy frying pan.1. Grind the thyme and rosemary in the mortar and add to the cayenne, black pepper, salt and oregano.2. Remove shells and pat the shrimp dry.4. Melt 2 tbsp of the butter in the pan over high heat.5. When the butter is melted, add the minced garlic, herbs and Worcester sauce and shake the pan to mix. 6. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, shaking the pan to cook the shrimp evenly.7. Add the next 2 tbsp of butter to the pan along with the stock and cook for two more minutes, shaking the pan and turning the shrimp with a fork as needed to cook evenly.8. Add the beer and the last 2 tbsp of butter and cook for two more minutes.Note: never stir the sauce.Serve with rice.
