Here is how you make Shrimp Mornay:

In a saucepan cook mushrooms, onion, and celery in margarine or butter until tender. Stir in flour, red pepper, and dash of salt. Add milk all at once. Cook and stil until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Reduce heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Stir in shrimp and sherry or white wine. Heat through; do not boil. Serve over pasta.
