Here is how you make Garlic Shrimp (Betty Crocker Healthy New Choices):

Heat oil in wok or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil; rotate wok to coat sides. Add garlic and stir fry for one minute. Add shrimp, stir fry for about one minute. Add carrot and stir fry for 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm and carrot is crisp-tender. Serve over rice or noodles (not included in calculation)NOTE: I used frozen shrimp, already deveined. I just cooked it for a shorter period of time since they were no longer raw.
