Pam, butter flavored spray
1 T chopped onion
1/4 t. garlic

4 medium shrimp

Here is how you make Parmesan Grilled Shrimp:

Place filet in grill basket and sprinkle with cajun seasoning to your liking. Grill over medium heat until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, spray non-stick pan with Pam. Add 1 t. lemon juice and saute onions, add garlic and shrimp. Saute until shrimp is pink. In small saucepan, heat 1 oz. lemon juice and 1 oz. milk. Add parmesan and heat until melted.
