Here is how you make Copycat VooDoo Shrimp and Grits:

Peel and de-vein shrimp. Slice peppers in half and remove seeds and membranes. Cut 3 slices of bacon in half. Prepare corn grits according to package directions adding corn during cooking. Preheat oven to 400F. Spoon 1/4 tsp of cream cheese onto each help of jalapeno pepper then top with shrimp. Wrap shrimp and pepper mixture with half of a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick then brush the 6 pieces with 1tbsp pepper jelly. Bake bacon wrapped shrimp at 400F for 15 minutes.
