How Do I Make Jambalaya with Shrimp and Ham?

Here is how you make Jambalaya with Shrimp and Ham:

DO NOT CRUSH BAY LEAF, add whole and take out before serving. I also use the frozen pepper mix (from Trader Joes) which has yellow, red and green peppers (normally about two cups). I also add frozen corn from time to time. The longer it simmers the better it is!Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DAWNPOPE.
