Pull off leaves of cilantro and chop. Chop avocados in bite size pieces and squeeze the lime juice into bowl with cilantro and avocado and mix. Add three jars of Herdez salsa ( it's the best) and shrimp. Add worcestershire and Lousiana hot sauce to taste. You can add 1 jalapeno pepper if you like things on the hot side, but it's good either way. Chill before serving. If you serve this as a cold soup it serves 8 to 10 people.
