3 oz. cooked shrimp

Here is how you make Shrimp and noodle stirfry:

Add spaghetti to boiling water and let cook for about 8 minutes or until al dente.While spaghetti is cooking, add olive oil to a frying pan and heat on medium-high. Add garlic and stir for about 1 minute. Add celery and onion and stir fry until tender. Add mushrooms and carrots and stir until mixed.Add salt, pepper and ginger.Continue to stir fry until well mixed.Add shrimp being careful no to overcook (should be c-shaped, not o-shaped)Drain pasta and add to frying pan.Remove frying pan from heat.
