1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
sugar - 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp, to taste

Here is how you make Shrimp Lo Mein:

Boil spaghetti in water until done. Drain and set aside. Heat pot over medium-high heat - briefly sautee the garlic in the sesame oil. Add the frozen vegetables and stir-fry them. Mix the rice vinegar, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. When the vegetables are done, toss the spaghetti back into the pot a little at a time so it doesn't all clump up. Add the sauce, stir to coat.
