1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 lb medium shrimp
1 bunch green onion sliced
1 lb bay scallops
1/3 cup julienned fresh basil

Here is how you make Shrimp and Scallop Saute:

Melt butter and olive oil in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute 1 min. Increase heat to high and add muchrooms and saute until just begining to soften, about 5 min. Add tomato paste and stir 30 seconds. Add wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Add shrimp and sliced green onions and stir 1min. Add scallops and stir until shrimp and scallops are cooked through, about 3 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with julienned basil and serve.
