Cook pasta according to box directions. Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Stir other remaining ingredients, except parmesan cheese, in a large bowl. Add to oil when pan is hot. Cook, stirring often, until scallops are white and opaque and shrimp are pink. Cook thoroughly. Drain pasta, add seafood mixture to pasta, add parmesan cheese & stir.
