Thaw 8 large cooked shrimp.Using a medium skillet, melt 1 tsp. margarine over med. heat. Add 1 tsp olive oil and 2 cloves of chopped garlic. (I always keep the jar of chopped garlic packed in water in the frig. so I use it & 1 tsp =1 clove) Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Add schrimp and heat through, about another 2 ro 3 min. Add wine and simmer 1 more minute. Put into serving bowl and garnish with the parsley. We like to serve this over brown rice.Serving Size:?This made a good sized serving for each person. 2
