1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 spears asparagus
2/3 c. chicken broth
1/2 t. cornstarch in 1 T. water

Here is how you make Spicy Garlic Shrimp:

Cook orzo in water.Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Add lemon zest and 1 T. olive oil. Let sit for 20 minutes. Heat 12-inch skillet on stove over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook about 1 1/2 minutes per side. Remove from heat (it should be slightly undercooked). On medium heat, heat up 1 T. olive oil. Add minced garlic, stirring frequently. Add red pepper flakes. Add asparagus, chicken broth, cornstarch mix and lemon juice. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Mix in the shrimp and orzo.
