Here is how you make Shrimp and Bok Choy Stir Fry:

Prepare rice (can be boiled with veggie broth for more flavor)Chop up Bok Choy (if not using baby)Chop onions, crush garlic.In a pan or wok add EVOO, once warm add garlic, bok choy, and onion. Saute until wilted. Add shrimp and 1/2 of soy sauce and saute until pink.
