1 (15-oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Alfredo Tilapia and Shrimp:

1. Preheat oven to 325F. Coat a 3-quart rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place tilapia in dish and lightly brush with oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder and lemon pepper. Drizzle with vinaigrette. In a medium bowl combine Alfredo sauce, shrimp and tomatoes. Spoon over tilapia.2. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes or until shrimp are opaque and tilapia flakes easily with a fork (at high altitude I found it took 35 minutes for the tilapia to finish cooking). Sprinkle with cheese.
