chop up garlic, add to olive oil in medium hot pan - not too hot, so you don't brown it. After 2--3 minutes, when garlic is soft, add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook just a couple of minutes until the zucchini is tender crisp. Add back the shrimp and mushrooms, toss together.
