Here is how you make Sharon's Skinny Legs:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Skin chicken legs and place in roaster. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients together in a pot and simmer on stove until sauce starts to thicken. Remove chicken from the oven and pour sauce over all the legs. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 hours. You can lower the temperature if you want to serve them later. I have dropped the tempurature to 300 and left them in the oven for more than 3 hours.
