Here is how you make Beantastic Black Bean Soup:

Use 1 lb bag black beans or about 6 cups cooked. Chop onion, garlic and 2T of a pepper. Put ALL ingredients in crock pot and cook for 7-8 hours on low. Remove half the soup and puree in blender and return to pot or can just use immersion blender in crock pot. Serve with chopped onion and sour cream.
