1 - 32oz box Fat Free, Low Sodium Chciken Broth
1 - 32oz box Fat Free, Low Sodium Beef Broth
2 large Zucchinis, sliced

Here is how you make Kale Soup:

Dice onion and celery, mince garlic.In Large Stock Pot, heat olive oil on high. Add Onion, garlic, and celery. Cook, stirring occasionally until veggies are translucent. Meanwhile chop Chourico into bite sized pieces. add to pot. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until Chourico is warmed through.Chop kale and add to pot with beans and broth. Cover and bring to boil. Turn heat down to Medium Low and simmer about 20 minutes.
