Here is how you make Steak Soup:

melt butter and add olive oil to large potstir in flour and cook for 1 minuteadd all of stock and combine and cook until bubblyadd vegetables, kitchen bouquet, onions, carrots, and celery to the stock and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, brown cubed steak in skillet. Add to pot after the veggies have cooked 10 minutes.
