2 cans 19 oz Red enchilada sauce
(use 3 can if stretching - use equal red + green - not added into nutrition amts)
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 - 1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 TBSP Cilantro (fresh or dried)

The following are put in individual servings and are not added into the nutritional amts:

1) Low Fat or Fat Free Tortillas fried with mexican seasoning ( or fritos)
2) Sour Cream
3) Tomatoes diced
4) Shredded Cheese (3 cheese Mexican)
5) Salsa
6) Onions chopped
7) Avocado diced
8) Jalepenos

Here is how you make Tortilla Soup Recipe:

Cook chicken breasts in the above ahead of time and then shred.In Large stock Pot ( 8 qts) add 8 c chicken broth (save 1 cup for later) and enchilada sauces, the tomatoe paste, the spices and the shredded chicken. Simmer : 1/2 - 1 hour (I like 1 hour)Use 1 cup chicken broth (COLD) that was set aside and put ~1/4 cup flour and stir or shake well. Broth should be slightly creamy but thick. Once completely stirred without lumps add this mixture to the soup stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Prepare your toppings while the soup simmersTortillas (20 for entire pot of soup)- cut into bite size squares and deep fry till light tan in color and season with Mexican seasonall.Serve with soup ladled into bowl and have guest place tortillas squares and the condiments they like on top of the soup and chips.
