In a stock pot, saute onions, celery and bell pepper in a tbsp of olive oil until slightly tender. Cook turkey sausage until cooked through. Add can of black beans (undrained), your favorite salsa,and a can of black bean soup. Heat over med. low heat until simmer. Add water to bring soup to desired consistency.
