Using Pam Olive Oil Spray, spray sauce pan, brown Ground Turkey,(season meat to taste) add onion, pepper and potato; when turkey is done and onion, pepper and potato are soft, add 1 can tomato paste, 2 boullion cubes (chicken) and 2 C. water, bring to simmer.
