This is the most ridiculously delicious spaghetti EVER and I can't figure out why I never tried it before. After perusaling some veggie-spaghetti recipes on line, I combined some and made my own. I have some leftover ... maybe I'll remember to take a pic before I polish it off.I'm not a vegetarian so don't anyone email me about some meat enzymes being in one of the ingredients or some obscure "purist" crap. I just left out the meat to save calories ... I like meat but I'm not sure meat really adds enough the taste of something like this to justify the calories.
