Here is how you make Taco Spaghetti:

In a Dutch oven or 12" skillet, brown ground beef (or turkey) and drain fat. Add tomato sauce, water, taco seasoning, onion and salt. Bring to a boil and add spaghetti. Reduce heat. Simmer covered until spaghetti is tender, stirring frequently, about 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and let it melt.
