1# Fish (I like Talapia or Orange Roughy)
1/4 Cup Canola Oil
6 Green Onions, cut into 1" pieces
1 T. Sugar
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 fresh red chili pepper, seeded & sliced (I leave this out if kids are eating)
4 Garlic cloves, minced
3 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger
2T. Soy sauce
1 T. Lemon Juice
2 T. Chopped fresh cilantro (this can be left out too)


How Do I Make Spicy Fried Fish?

Here is how you make Spicy Fried Fish:

Wash and wipe fish well. Fry in hot oil on both sides until lightly browned and cooked through. Let oil cool slightly, then fry green onions until soft. Add garlic and ginger and cook on low heat, stirring until soft andf golden. Add soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice and pepper. simmer the mixture for 1 minute. Pour over fish.
