4 tbsp Tomato Puree
200 g Green Peppers (bell peppers)
400 g tin of tomatoes
150 ml of Water
25 g Packet Schwartz Flavourful Spicy Meatballs

Here is how you make Schwartz Spicy Meatballs:

Put Mince and Schwartz packet contents in to a large bowl with 2 tbsps of tomato puree. Mix well using your hands and form into 20 small balls. Set aside & chill (best done over night).Slice up peppers.When ready to cook, heat a large heavy bottom frying pan and fry the meat balls for 10 minutes.Add in the peppers and fry for a further 2 minutes.Add the tin of tomatoes, remaining puree and water and then simmer for 10 minutes or until it has thickened.Serve with spaghett or salad (weigh and count the calories separately!)Enjoy.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JULIERYAN76.
