Here is how you make Spicy Thai Fish Tacos:

In a skillet pour broth, lime juice, chopped onion, cilantro, salsa, Thai Spice and salt and pepper.Turn heat on high and let come to a boil. Lower heat and add the sole. (You can make this spicer by adding more Thai Spice or red chiles)Let it simmer until fork tender.
