Asian basil leaves How Do I Make Spicy Lemongrass Tofu?Here is how you make Spicy Lemongrass Tofu: Serves 4Combine lemongrass, soy sauce, chilis, chili flakes, tumeric, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add tofu cubes and coat evenly. Marinate for 30 minutes.Heat half oil in skillet over med-hi heat. Add the onion, shallots and garlic until fragrant (~1 min). Reduce to low and coook until soft (~3 min). Transfer to plate.Wipe plate clean and heat remaining oil over med heat. Add tofu mixture (~4-5 min). Add onion mixture and cook uncovered (~2-3 min).
