What Are The Ingredients For Spicy Vegetables Recipe?The ingredients for Spicy Vegetables are: 1/2 pkg of Frozen Veggies (any variety)1 tsp Soy Sauce (low sodium) 1 tsp of Dijon Mustard (any brand) 1/2 tsp of Ground ginger 1 tsp of Red or Cayenne pepper 1 tsp of splenda sweetener 5 sprays of I cant beleive its not Butter 1/2 tsp of grated Parmesian Cheese How Do I Make Spicy Vegetables?Here is how you make Spicy Vegetables: In a non stick skillet put your Frozen Veggies in and cover with a lid, put on medium heat, no water. Stirring often cook for about 7 minutes. Meanwhile in a bowl mix the soy sauce, mustard, giner, pepper, splenda together until blended, Set aside. After the Veggies have cooked for 7 minutes they should heated up thoroughly, using the spray butter spray the vegetables down, mixing well, continue to cook for another minute uncovered to allow any extra liquid to cook off. Then take the soy sauce mixture and pour over top of the vegetables, mix well continue to cook for another minute stirring constantly so they are all covered evenly. Remove from heat transfer to a bowl or plate and sprinkle with the Parmesian cheese.
