Here is how you make Pan-Fried Beans and Spinach:

1. Prepare ingredients: Drain beans. Wash and finely chop spinach, and shake off water or press dry. Chop ham into bite-sized pieces or strips. Set aside.2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat Brummel & Brown and garlic at medium heat. 3. Once the Brummel melts, add the beans in a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika, parsley, italian seasoning. Stir to coat the beans, then let them sit long enough to brown on one side, about 3 or 4 minutes, before turning to brown the other side, another 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Add the spinach, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings to the pan, stir, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, just long enough for the leaves to go a bit limp. If necessary, add more cooking spray to be sure ingredients do not burn.5.
