2 tbsp Margarine
2 cups milk
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 clove garlic minced (or to taste)
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 block frozen chopped spinach - thawed and drained

How Do I Make Spinach Alfredo?

Here is how you make Spinach Alfredo:

Using a non stick fry pan, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic, add the chicken breast pieces. While chicken is cooking, put the pasta on to boil and blot the spinach dry. Once chicken is cooked through (5 to 10 minutes) remove from pan and keep warm. Add margarine, black pepper and garlic to fry pan, heat until the margarine is frothing then add flour and whisk until well blended, with no lumps. Add the milk and conitnue stirring until thick.
