While chicken is cooking, put the pasta on to boil and blot the spinach dry. Once chicken is cooked through (5 to 10 minutes) remove from pan and keep warm. Add margarine, black pepper and garlic to fry pan, heat until the margarine is frothing then add flour and whisk until well blended, with no lumps. Add the milk and conitnue stirring until thick.
